Construction ERP software for UAE contracting companies

Job costing that keeps up with the site. Every purchase order, delivery, stock issue and labour day lands against the project it belongs to, and progress invoicing carries retention through to the release date instead of leaving it in somebody’s spreadsheet.

Qaflo is ERP software for UAE contractors: quotations, purchasing, stock, job costing, invoicing, the VAT return and payroll, in one system.

What changes

What you stop doing by hand

Every line below is something the platform does today. Nothing here is a roadmap item — what is not built yet has its own page.

  • Progress invoicing with retention tracked to its release date, not re-derived each month
  • Committed cost from purchase orders and stock issues on the job margin, before the invoice arrives
  • One profit and loss per project, and a group view across several trade licences under one login
  • Approvals on anything above your threshold, with escalation and a My Approvals inbox
  • The FTA VAT 201 derived from your own posted invoices and supplier bills, box by box

What is different here

Retention is a date, not a note

Retention held across a dozen live projects is the money most contracting firms cannot answer for on demand. Held as a percentage in a spreadsheet it stops being a number anyone chases. Qaflo holds it on the invoice with its release date, so what is owed and when it comes due is a report rather than an afternoon of reconstruction.

Questions

Questions from construction & contracting firms

Does Qaflo track retention?
Yes. Retention is held on the invoice with its release date, so what is owed and when it comes due is a report rather than an afternoon with a spreadsheet.
Can we see cost on a project before the supplier invoice arrives?
Yes. Committed cost from purchase orders and stock issues lands on the job margin as soon as it is committed, before the invoice exists.
Does job costing include subcontract packages?
Not today. There is no subcontract document in the product, so awarded packages are not counted in the roll-up, and the job costing report prints that limitation rather than showing a total that quietly excludes it.
