Hosted by us for a monthly fee, or on your own server for a one-time licence and a yearly support contract. Every module is available on both. All prices are in AED and exclude VAT; 5% VAT is added where it applies.

Pick a support level, not whether to have one
On cloud, support is in the subscription. On your own server it is a yearly contract, priced in your quote, and it is what brings updates and UAE compliance changes, such as the e-invoicing mandate, to your installation.

More than one trade licence
A second company is a second set of books, a second VAT return, a second numbering series and a second data set to keep straight. That is where the work is, so a group is quoted rather than read off a plan.
Your old ERP keeps running
Where Qaflo already reads your system, it can mirror it one way for as long as you keep both; otherwise opening balances and masters come across by file import, and a connector is quoted. How much history comes across is the honest variable, so a migration is scoped on your data.
A larger team
Past 15 users on cloud the price is quoted in blocks. Past 20 users the shape of the deployment usually changes too, and we would rather scope that than guess it.
