MEP contractor ERP for the UAE
Mechanical, electrical and plumbing work is won in the office and done somewhere else. Qaflo puts material reservation, site sign-off and the van carrying the parts in the same system as the job and the customer, so progress reaches the office without a WhatsApp group full of photographs.
Qaflo is ERP software for UAE contractors: quotations, purchasing, stock, job costing, invoicing, the VAT return and payroll, in one system.
What you stop doing by hand
Every line below is something the platform does today. Nothing here is a roadmap item — what is not built yet has its own page.
- Material reserved per job before procurement starts, so two sites are not promised the same stock
- Field check-in and stage sign-off from site, against the job rather than against a date
- GPS on your vans, on a live map, in the same system that holds the job and the customer
- Visits matched against the customer they were meant for, from the vehicle’s own position
- The same shape works for AMC rounds and facilities-management contracts, not only new installs

The van is part of the job record
Fleet tracking sold separately gives you a map and a second login. Because the GPS sits behind the same backend as the customer list, a site visit can be checked against where the vehicle actually was — so a completed call is evidence rather than a claim, and nobody is invoicing a visit that did not happen.
Where this lives in the platform
Questions from MEP & field service firms
Can site teams sign off stages from site?
Do we need a separate vehicle tracking subscription?
Does it work for AMC and maintenance contracts?
The same job, from each desk
An ERP that only works for one seat gets abandoned by the other six. Same database, same records, a different answer per role.
